If I have learned anything…

What is the legacy you want to leave behind? Treasure those you love and love you. You will remember the good times with friends and family but not the things you acquire. At the end of life, the people and who you become are what matter.

Everyone worships

Do you practice religion? I think we all do. Even if if you believe in no higher power, there is something you worship, even if just life itself. Everyone worships something. Know your values and intentionally choose what you worship.

Pre historic times

Do you remember life before the internet? Life before the internet? You mean when people actually talked to each other and couldn’t hide behind a keyboard? Nope. Don’t remember that.

Work-life balance?

How do you balance work and home life? While easier said than done, chose something that you can dedicate your life too and you don’t have to worry about balancing the two. The only reason to seek balance is if you haven’t discovered your true purpose. Think big picture

What sacrifices have you made in life? I make sacrifices every day. I sacrifice when I got to the gym and meal prep instead of watching tv and eating out.
