Knowledge executed is power

Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?

Change comes from decisions and execution, not simply knowledge. Really, there are times in almost every day where I can think of action I feel like I should have taken. A phone call on lunch, a short walk outside, or some risk I should have taken. The biggest thing I wish I would have started sooner was to focus on working on myself. Particularly reading, serving, and networking. I truly believe those three things will change anyones life for the better. I started seeking networking opportunities in my city, focusing on the value I was providing, and picking up specific books, particularly Mans Search for Meaning and How to Win Friends and Influence People (links below if interested). Finding the right people in my life combined with developing skills to serve them has proved to be the greatest action I have taken. Thank you for taking the time to read this and invest in yourself.
